Supreme Court
The highest court in the judicial branch of the U.S. government; the court of last resort. It is the only court specifically established by the Constitution in Article III. Congress is given the power to establish the other lower federal courts. Currently the Supreme Court sits in Washington D.C. and has nine Justices.
