AnnenbergClassroom.org does not collect personally identifying
information from users unless they choose to provide that information to
us. All of the information collected by
AnnenbergClassroom.org is used for internal AnnenbergClassroom.org purposes only and
is not distributed to outside parties.
Like all other web servers, AnnenbergClassroom.org's web server
automatically creates log files for each visitor who accesses our site. These “access
logs” allow us to make our site more useful to our visitors. The access logs do
NOT record a visitor’s name, address, phone number, or any other personally identifying
information.
Speak Out discussions are intended for a MIDDLE SCHOOL AND HIGH SCHOOL AUDIENCE of students ages 13 through 18. Any information that you post when participating in Speak Outs becomes public. Visitors to AnnenbergClassroom.org Under 13: You must be at least 13 years old to
participate in Speak Out discussions. If you are under 13
years of age, please do not send any information about yourself, including your
name, address or e-mail address. If we discover that we have collected any
personally identifying information from a child under the age of 13, we will
remove that information from our database as soon as possible.
Visitors Between 13 and 18: Visitors between the ages
of 13 and 18 must obtain permission from their parents or guardians before
participating in Speak Outs, or sending any other personally identifying
information.
AnnenbergClassroom.org makes no warranty, either expressed or
implied, regarding the completeness, accuracy or currency of this information or
its suitability for any particular purpose.
AnnenbergClassroom.org reserves the right to change this policy.
Any changes to this policy will be posted to this page as soon as reasonably
possible, so please check this page periodically. Use of AnnenbergClassroom.org constitutes consent to any policy then in effect.
